Haynes is the owner and founder of Rouge Artists and was raised on the production side of the business. She hails from Brooklyn, New York, and was a producer and worked on Commercials & Print prior to establishing Rouge Artists. The experience she gained in production gave her a clear understanding of what hair makeup and wardrobe stylists do and need, and put her in a position where she could be most effective for her clients and represent them. So, after much success in production, Haynes decided to venture out and launch her own boutique firm in 2002.
